Open Mind Software is a division of Open Minded Solutions Limited, a privately owned and profitable limited company based in the United Kingdom.

Open Mind Software actually started life as HelmStore in early 2004 supplying server related software to the hosting industry. Over time the product range was expanded to offer greater choice and flexibility as well as introducing new services.

In March 2007, HelmStore was re-branded as Open Mind Software in order to bring the branding under the umbrella of the parent limited company.
